An in-person networking and learning event for fun-loving women mission-driven leaders.

Are you a Rebel With A Cause? Me too!

You are warmly invited to rise above your hectic work routine, connect with fabulous peers, share challenges, gain practical ideas, and be inspired by uplifting stories in a warm, playful (rule-breaking!) environment.

What is it?

The Levity Lounge is a space for mission-driven and non-profit leaders who want to lean in to levity, lightness and playfulness in their leadership. With me, Katie, as your fun-loving cheerleader.

When and when?

The next one is happening: Thursday 5 June, 5 – 7pm.
Hosted at Christian Aid, in their rooftop space in Waterloo, London SE1.

Who’s it for?

The Levity Lounge is for women leaders – CEOs, Directors and Heads of, trustees, team leaders, and aspiring leaders in mission-driven organisations, social purpose businesses and charities. If you’re not sure if it’s for you, please reach out and ask.

How much does it cost?

It’s free to register your spot. I’m asking for a small donation on the day, around £5 to help cover hire of the room, drinks and nibbles.

How does it work?

Levity Lounge is a mix of warm, relaxed networking, peer support and workshopping on a topic that will help you up the levity in your leadership.

Guest Speaker – Caron Bradshaw

Caron Bradshaw OBE, is Queen of Charity numbers! As CEO of Charity Finance Group, she has decades of experience leading and making an impact and is author of the DSC book It’s a Nightmare with the Numbers.

Our Theme – What’s Love Got to Do with it?

Love, actually, has got a lot to do with leadership. Inspired by Caron’s experiences, we’ll explore how you can get fabulous results through your own Loving Leadership approach. And, no, it’s not all about being soft and mushy.

Why Levity Lounge?

Fun, playfulness and levity in leadership is not just ‘nice to have’ and is certainly not just for kids.

In fact, levity is essential for creating a environment in which your whole team can thrive, build trust, create and innovate – before we all sink into a pit of overwork, stress and overwhelm.

Manchester Levity Lounge

10th July

The Levity Lounge is coming to Manchester on 10 July. It’s not open for bookings yet, but if a northern meet-up sounds good, you’ll want to get that date in your diary.

Hi, I’m Katie

I’m here to help non-profit and mission-driven CEOs and senior leaders rediscover their zest for creating a better world. Through my one-to-one and group coaching I help them to be more impactful and enjoy – yep, even love – their work. Like I do!

I have non-profit running through me like the letters in a stick of rock – 35 years and counting – and I really understand the challenges you face.

It truly makes my heart sing to get to work with inspiring, hard-working, change-creating non-profit and mission-driven leaders in my 1-1 and group coaching programmes.

I’m a playful, joyful coach, with a big splodge of rebel energy, and I have a laugh with my clients, so if you want some fun while you change the world, I’m your woman. I believe humour and levity are absolute must-haves if you’re to be an impactful leader, however grim the issues you’re dealing with.

Who says we can’t have fun and change the world at the same time?

Let’s talk

Let’s have a no-obligation chat about how I can help with 1-1 coaching, a team-building session with your team or my ‘The F word’ workshop on bringing more fun into work.

Drop me a line and I’ll get right back to you.

Come along to the next Levity Lounge! Happening Thursday 5 June in London
