I really get the world that you’re in. I have the non-profit world running through me like the letters in a stick of rock – 35 years and counting – and I really understand the challenges you face.
It truly makes my heart sing to get to work with inspiring, hard-working, change-creating non-profit and mission-driven leaders in my 1-1 and group coaching programmes.
I’m a playful, joyful coach and I have a laugh with my clients, so if you want some fun while you change the world, I’m your woman. I believe humour and levity are absolute must-haves if you’re to be an impactful leader, however grim the issues you’re dealing with.
