About Me

Hi – I’m Katie! I’m here to help non-profit and mission-driven CEOs and senior leaders rediscover their zest for creating a better world. Through my one-to-one and group coaching I help them to be more impactful and enjoy – yep, even love – their work. Like I do!

Hi – I’m Katie! I am here to help non-profit and mission-driven CEOs and senior leaders rediscover their zest for creating a better world. Through my one-to-one and group coaching I help them to be more impactful and enjoy – yep, even love – their work. Like I do!

More about me

  • I’m a proud Londoner (not born and bred, but I may as well be), living in Tooting with my two fabulous student daughters and our ginormous cat, Pepper
  • My childhood playground was the Methodist church hall where my dad was minister – surprisingly fun!
  • Flying over the miles of slum housing of Mumbai at 19 shocked me to the core and set me off on the work journey I’ve been on ever since
  • I have non-profit running through me like the letters in a stick of rock. 35 years and counting
  • I’m a big 70s & 80s disco nut (check out the names of my programmes!) and prep for my coaching sessions by grooving along to the Bee Gees Night Fever.

Why me?

I get the world that you’re in and I understand the challenges you face.

It truly makes my heart sing to get to work with inspiring, hard-working, change-creating mission-driven leaders in my one-to-one and group coaching programmes.

I’m a playful, joyful coach and I have a laugh with my clients. If that sounds like the way you like to work too, I’m your woman.

Coaching with me won’t be dull. It won’t be boring. Though it will be thought-provoking and challenging.

I believe humour and levity are absolute must-haves if you’re to be an impactful leader, however grim the issues you’re dealing with, and believe me, I know just how serious things are.

We need joy and playfulness in leadership even more now, not less. Agreed?

Does this make sense?

Get an even better feel for my unique approach by taking a look at my blog. Let’s check we’re talking the same language.

“I was looking for a coach to give me guidance and direction with my new leadership role. Katie exceeded my expectations. She helped me discover the kind of leader I really wanted to be, gave me suggestions for tools to help me get there and whenever I felt stuck, she had a creative response that helped me move forward. She’s also incredibly warm and fun to work with.”
